Azyrah Solutions LLC ("we" and "us") builds and runs software for local businesses. We never sell your information, and only we read what you send us.
This page covers this website, the forms we send you, and what you give us by email, on a call or when you pay us.
What we collect
We collect what you type into our forms. Usually that is your name, email address, phone number, your business's name, and your message or answers. A form may also ask for a file.
When you use a form we send you, we keep a record of when it was opened, saved and finished. The record also notes your browser type and part of your IP address. It lets us show what happened and when, and we send you a copy if you ask.
When you visit, our host sees your IP address and browser, as with any website. When you use our contact form, our spam check sees them too.
Clients pay us through Stripe, on Stripe's own page, under Stripe's own privacy policy. Card and bank account numbers never touch our systems. We see only what Stripe shows us, such as the card's last four digits.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to do the work you hired us for, and to bill you. We also act on what you ask, such as a change or a cancellation.
We never share it for advertising, and we never add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
We use a few outside providers to do our work. They host our site and forms, store our code, email and files, and keep our records, call notes and team messages. We also use AI tools that help us write and build, and a signing service for agreements. We choose each one with care and hold each of them to written terms.
Cookies and tracking
When a page asks you to sign in, we email you a link, and a cookie keeps you signed in. Our spam check may set short-lived cookies to do its job. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not follow you across other websites, and no other company does it through our pages. Because there is no tracking to turn off, your browser's Do Not Track setting changes nothing here.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us while we need it for the reason you sent it. We keep a record longer only when it shows what we agreed, or when the law asks for it, such as tax records.
Keeping it safe
We protect your information with reasonable security. If we learn that information you gave us has been exposed, we tell you right away and help put it right.
If you are a customer of one of our clients
We build and run websites and other services for the businesses we work with. If you are a customer of one of those businesses, your information belongs to that business, and that business decides how it is used. Ask the business, and we will help it answer you.
Your choices, and questions
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email contact@azyrahsolutions.com and one of us will take care of it. If we have to keep something, such as a billing record, we tell you what and why. Questions about this page go to the same address.
Changes to this page
When we change this page, we change the date at the top. If a change means we would use your information in a new way, we email our clients at least 30 days before it applies. We never use what you already gave us in a new way unless you say yes.
